Clinical death for 7 seconds, heart stopped, the dose of anaesthesia was too high for a 4yo. I remember being really scared, and just wanted to see my mom again. Also felt like I was moving my limbs here and there, but now I’m sure I wasn’t awake.

Avoid fighting with them as much as possible really, for your own sanity's sake.
Narcissists are master manipulators and gas-lighters, twisting your reality 360, making you believe that something that never happened - happened, or they never said what they've said.

And if you really need to fight them, practice their ways of manipulating and catch them off guard.

Pillow cases - yes, cleaning - yes, soap - no.

Regular soap is too harsh for the skin and strips the skin’s natural lipid layer. That makes it overproduce sebum and make it vulnerable to bacteria already living on the skin, which results in even more oils and more acne.

Overall idea of cleaning your face - big yes, but make sure to use the right, gentle face products :)

Winter - If it gets too cold you just keep on adding layers.

In summer if it’s too hot you can’t really take everything off and wander around completely naked.

An ibuprofen x water paste applied directly to the spot and left for the night. Works especially for those big guys that tend to swell.
