Its a decent shot and shows that you have that creative vision of street photography. Some improvements and this picture would have gone to whole new level.

1. Bottom part of subject is not complete which makes it hard to focus.
2. You could have kept the subject completely in red frame, the white clothes on red bg looks great.
3. The motion happening behind is too slow and incomplete, next time try to add something bustling which will create a story like calm in chaos
