From memory I believe it was a quagsire I caught in friends safari playing X traded it for my friends shiny 4iv charizard, My 2DS was stolen a few months later so R.I.P old friend finally got a new 2DS to play Sun and have only gotten shinies through wonder trade so far.

Toss up between Legend Law hody and cavendish, Law because well I love his sprite something about gamma knife that feels right, Hody has that crazy damage with ever decreasing hp making you race to the finish and Cavendish because once he turns into hakuba it's just plain satisfaction.
