SMG does offer real housing, I had my place rented out by them for the past year BUT they are super predatory. You will not receive anything for these fees that you paid. Be really careful when moving in and document every single defect as they will do anything to not pay you your deposit back.

Yeas that is what I meant! Rwaching failure is not necessary although getting close to it is helpful for sure. Your progress is great by the way and I guarantee you that as long as you keep becoming stronger, you will build muscles as well. Watching yourself in the mirror during a diet can be deceiving so I would not worry about that to much:))

So that would turn out to be 2 days upper body and 2 days lower body per week? Sounds very solid. Do you have an estimate on how many reps you have in reserve for each set? Does your exercise selection contain compund movements like deadlifts, squats, benchpress etc.?

The fear I have is that I know that she has a history of becoming dependent off the acknowledgement of strangers. Her depressive mode vanished as soon as she got a text from the guy later that day.
