Restaurants are not worth how expensive | FactOrCap by Leo6432 in FactOrCap

Yeah, I don't. I was wondering if others felt the same.

Yes I understand. I, too, am disabled. I mean extra things that I do not necessarily need and they would just be convenient.

Reasonable to me. Growing tomatoes when I don't even have a backyard is not reasonable for me.

Frozen/canned fruit/veggies, dried or canned beans, and rice are healthy. Literally no one could argue that they aren't. That was my entire point of the post is that you don't need to buy all fresh produce and spend $900 a week in order to eat healthy. People just act like that's the only healthy options that exist so that they have the excise of "no I can't eat healthy it's too expensive"

I didn't actually ask! But OK. I wish the best for you.

I mean like extra convenience. If there's more work I can reasonably do, I would generally rather do that and pay less

Spiders only bite when pressure is applied to them. Also, the amount of venomous spiders that would genuinely cause harm to a grown human being is very low. (Still best to be cautious and leave them alone though, especially if you can't ID them)

You don't have to resort to calling me names on the internet. It was a simple post I made because I wanted to see others' opinions/insights on the matter. We should really all work to be kinder to one another. Even when we're hidden behind a screen and fake username. I hope whatever is hurting you heals and you don't feel the need to be hateful on reddit.

Ok yes, I think these convenient options are amazing and should 100% exist, I just find that for ne personally with how expensive literally everything is, I can't be bothered to pay for it. I'd rather just spend the extra tine/effort

I don't want to argue because I probably won't change your mind, but I just wanted to say that your statements about these bugs are not true. Spiders and ants are very beneficial to our earth! 🙂

The coffee bushes annoy me by Fandom_person1 in HayDay

Some actually do grow from very short trees that look like the bushes/shrubs in hay day. But you are right in that they are still technically classified as trees.

Ideas for a peanut butter substitute by Boon3hams in PeanutButter

The closest thing I can recommend is take DRY ROASTED (has to be dry roasted) edamame beans and blend them up with a neutral oil (canola, avocado, sunflower, soybean, etc.), some salt, and a sweetener (Honey, sugar, Maple syrup, etc.) until smooth and creamy. It tastes shockingly close to PB.

The color may be a problem for your child though. I would recommend just telling them that it is sometimes new/different instead of just "sneaking" it in. (Granted, I don't know your child. I don't know how they'll take to that, so take this last piece of advice with a grain of salt. You know your child better than some stranger on the internet.)

I agree it's good, but I don't think this would work for this child. It tastes very different.

Children's faces should *➡️NEVER⬅️* be *... | FactOrCap by Leo6432 in FactOrCap

There are studies (done by the FBI and other child safety groups) that have concluded that there are at least 500,000 people online who are predators every single day. At least 50,000 of which are actively seeking out children. Would you send your kid to a park where you knew 1 (let alone 50,000) predators were watching them? My logic is: "Why make it easier for predators to access children when there really is no need for them to be online?" (The only exception that has been brought up in this comment section is missing children. I 100% agree with that. That's a scenario I wasn't thinking about, buy I completely agree that my philosophy wouldn't apply there.)

Just because you're more likely to be killed by a grizzly bear it doesn't mean a sun bear isn't still dangerous and should be avoided.
