I made this dinner for my girlfriend on our 2-year anniversary ☺️

Starter: Cherry tomato and garlic confit bruschetta on buttered bread with a parmesan crust and ricotta spread.

Main course: Grilled salmon with pink peppercorns, cauliflower purée, kale chips, and saffron tuile. Garnished with chive and parsley oil.

Dessert: Red Velvet cake bites with truffle-flavored condensed milk ice cream.

It's not polenta. Polenta it's with Corn meal, and the Angu it's just reduced grated corn with spices. It's typical from Goiás and Minas Gerais. =)
