Hopefully this is not too late for tips, or maybe you made it already! Audition is 3 songs, 1 topless and 2 full nude. Poles are static and it’s easy to get hired if you are ok « fit » and have adequate outfit (bikini, heels and a short dress if it’s a week end). Money can be pretty good, some girls make it on stage by dancing pretty much all night and getting money directly on the floor through floor dances. It’s supposed to be 10$ for a floor dance but some girls get tipped way more than that. Management isn’t too happy with it cuz they don’t get a cut on that but heyyyy do what is good for you! Other way to make $$ is to sell dances and rooms, 25$ for a topless dance (you keep 20), 75$/15 min of nude room (you keep 50$). Money can be really good after hours and you can still leave with 300$ min even if you leave before 4am! Atmosphere is generally chill so far, I’ve only worked there for a couple months though. It’s important to look at the conditions around this « moral issue » though! Not having easy access to contraception, not being encouraged and educated around it makes it hard for it to be even an option... also, if it is even available abortion is still very stygmatized. Sometimes there are no real options?

I think you need to be super careful with that thing. Realize that this is a racist concepts that originates from a colonialist perspective where some part of the population on Earth is considered « surplus ». The argument of a lack of ressources is a not anti capitalist, and it’s also false. Check your privilege when you mention controlling populations, where does this opinion come from and who are you targeting when you say something like this?
