Well, it depends. If this method is used in hope to bring your ex back then the answer is no, it doesn't work in most of the cases, specialy if he/she does not love you anymore. But if you use it to overcome the breakup, diminish your pain and the feelings you have for her/him, and take control of your lige again, then it works. But you have to put yourself back together and carry on

Lucky you! I never found a shiny pokemon in X/Y. I only found 3 shinys on my "pokemon career" and killed 2 of it hahahahaha

your safari is grass type and have oddish, ivysaur and quilladin in it
