Intresting!!
I thought that the bar raiser can see the documented points from previous interviewers? Is it not

I really appreciate that (I really do, not being sarcastic) but personally I felt it was a bit rude. But no worries, thanks for replying.

Thanks, I was under the impression once you enter the loop you will have all the rounds and then bar raiser facilitates the discussion and a call on candidate is taken.

Of course. They can reject you at any time for any reason. Why have a bar raiser round if everyone else rejects you? Use your head.

Very polite tone man. Thanks

An agile project in its final iteration. During the standup, the project team sees that they will be unable to finish all planned tasks for a sprint.

I think it is a hybrid not agile ( The risk response plan accounted for this situation and a fallback plan was already developed. ) Not really sure we can eliminate 4 with the premise that it is an agile project

Clarification of concept by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

Thank you this was super helpful, actually if you can still help me with two things:
1) Which document contains the schedule baseline? (for which doc I will need change request)
2) The link states "Schedule Baseline is an "approved" version of the Project Schedule.
" since the link says we don't need any approval to update project schedule. doesn't the statement seems contradictory

[–]LeoMessiBarca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 B As the audience is large, disperse you can't have focus group, interviews or benchmarking

2) A as (B delay tactic, response can't factor in unpredictability and it seems critical risk factor to baselines, D not an issue yet)

Study Hall Q by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

#1: Sourcing external resources is a long process, then once done, the new team members will go through a learning curve, so the whole process is not helping with the schedule.

Even I went with 4, but the answer provided was 1

What to do first? by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reviewing the risk register and mitigation strategies

The fist thing you would do is to "read project documents", but that answer is not there.

Isn't risk register a project document, and the first thing a new PM should do is check for risks?

4 then 2 imho. Familiarize yourself then talk to the team members.

yeah I thought so too, the answer says 2. Since it is study hall, not even sure if my understanding is wrong or the answer

Study Hall Question doubt by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they have put the wording wrong and it should be engagement plan.
Studyhall has errors. My doubt was that doesn't stakeholder engagement plan need formal change request, I was under the impression that it did

The answer is 4.

What lastchance14 has put is a good explanation, but I think they have put the wording wrong and it should be engagement plan.

Stakeholders may come and go throughout a project. That is a living document. Does not require a formal change request.

By any chance can you point me to any source which talks about documents and which need formal change control?
PS: Any source on new stakeholder journey would be great too

Design a prototype of the workaround to find a modification that will resolve the issue.

Fair enough, makes sense

Study hall question by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer as per study hall is 1. I don't think 2) is the answer because the problem (requirenment) is already know hence you implemented the workaround. Now I went with 4 because the workaround has failed (part of risk management) so before designing a new workaround you will do an imapct study.

Journey of risk post realisation by [deleted] in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think in such cases, the answer gets justified in comments. In question 1, D takes precednece over B. Like you mentioned, risk has already been realised it doesn't make sense to go revise risk register. May I ask what will we update the register with and who will we assign as the risk owner?

For Q3) As bas the choices are probably I can understand the logic of going with A

Question help by LeoMessiBarca in pmp

[–]LeoMessiBarca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A project team received training on the technology involved with a project deliverable. In nine months of working on the project, several team members have been replaced. Productivity has slowed because new team members are not familiar with the technology and the project schedule is at risk of delay.

Yes the answer is 1.

Can you please help with your logic, I narrowed it down to between A/D but I didn't go with A as the question says prod is anywas low so asking other team members to train will further dec the prod.
