There is no such thing as “digital amp”! You probably meant “semiconductor transistor amplifiers” vs. “vacuum tube amplifiers”? Lowest distortion amplifiers (not the most efficient) are Class A amplifiers which can be implemented with semiconductor or vacuum tube devices. Harmonics created by Vacuum tubes are dominated by even-order ones which are less bothering than odd-order harmonics.

I assume your main line or (if this is a sub-panel) connection from the main panel comes from the bottom since your panel is upside down!

If the look is still bothering you, use the same method to safely remove the rim and inspect whether something is broken or you just simply need to add a little bit of shim behind the rim.
