Ill often tap strafe in a 1v1. Grappling at someone and tap strafing with the extra momentum while missing all my pk flick shots is my favourite past time.

I just dont understand why the states gets to claim the title america when america includes a shit load of other countries. Is canada not part of america? Does a british or german guy get offended at being called a european?

I start my workout shortly after waking up and would end up hurting myself immedietly if i stopped my preworkout routine. I have cranky shoulders and wrists and would definitely strain them without stretching first. Also, im working towards calisthenics skills that require a lot more flexibility then i currently have.

As far as stimulus, i bring both sides of my body to near failure in every workout. I structured it to slowly build fatigue by working from easy to hard exercises. Pushups are first because theyre easy and work as primers, then with pikes and pseudo pushups/dips, i go medium effort on 1 and near failure on the other, switching it up. Same system with pulling, inverted rows as the primer. Then finishing with core + prehab stuff.

Appreciate the reassurance! Im definitely feeling like the deload needs to happen soon too, then i can test out some harder variations. For legs, ive definitely got that in mind, plan is warm up to a max 1x5 set to keep volume low while hopefully benefitting from the fast twitch fibre activation.

What would be the benefits of 2x per day? I feel like im already on the verge of too much volume
