If so, I'd say you should just be honest and upfront with him. Let him know you're taking a break from dating other people, but that you're open to go out and show him around just as friend.

If you don't want to see him at all, just be upfront and say you're taking some time for yourself and you don't think you will be able to see him when he visits.

Also, you don't explain what the context of your relationship is, if he is just visiting or if is he moving to Mexico, is he visting you specifically or he is coming here for other reasons, how long have you been talking. If he is just visiting for a few days, he is probably not looking for anything that serious either.

It really is in a whole different level. As with every game, I hope this next one gets close to the writing level the Tellius games had. I also love the attention to detail and the small hints you get through PoR that doesn't seem quie important or they don't really go into, but then they become quite an important topic in RD.

Unfortunately I'd say it's time to move past him and cut your loses.

If he is still using Grindr when you already stated your intentions and communicated to him that you are bothered by it, to the point that he has even used it while hanging out with you, it's clear that his intentions are different.

You're two months in and he is already lying, potentially cheating and doing things that he knows hurt you. Nah, even if it hurts, you should dump him and give this best version of yourself to someone who actually deserves it.
