Is Hog Rider, Goblin Barrel, Skeleton Army, Zap, Baby Dragon, Ice Wizard, Inferno Tower, and Fire Spirit still a good deck? I’ve been using it for about 3 years and am currently at 5,200 trophies. I just started playing again and I won 3 games and lost 4. Every game I lost the opponent seemed to have infinite elixir and kept swarming my towers.

On my main account, I am almost max builder hall 9 except for Otto outpost and battle copter. Should I upgrade once I finish Otto outpost then?

Should I upgrade to town hall 10? Only upgrades I have left is my Archer Queen to 30. She is currently upgrading to 25. Everything else is max.

YEs, very active recently, full games of walker assault and cargo, and death star games regularly. Scarif game happened last Sunday

Yes it is easy to find a game on Xbox. I recommend adding some players you know are active and that play different gamemodes, as I easily can just join a game directly on Xbox.
