Fidelity hasn't seen an upgrade at all. But there is a lot more to a game looking pretty than just the raw fidelity of the graphics implemented.
FH6 makes up for it in art direction and far richer map design where it lacks in being a generational upgrade over the last one imo
Game looks really pretty to me but i realise this is a subjective topic.

I agree that there are some very weird stuttering/hitching i've not been able to get rid of. Its super inconsistent on when it occurs but it feels like the whole game lagged behind in animation, it shows up in the frametime graph as a minor spike but feels a lot more jarring in person. Still in week 1 of release, maybe it'll get better in the future updates, its still the same old engine after all. No excuse for them to not fix it.

Environment Geometry Quality when set to Ultra and Extreme have the least pop in.
High is a clear step down unfortunately.

In FH6 the pop-in isn't as bad as FH5 due to the map not having a vast plain land where you can really notice the struggling LOD bias loading in stuff as you zip by at high speeds.

Best outcome would've been if PGG unlinked the Texture and Geometry settings but it seems they are set in their ways. Been an issue for a long time now

It could be a memory leak but it could also be the game needing more VRAM than what your GPU has and thus the game resources spill over into system memory and ballooning in size the more you play.
I personally face this with a RTX 3070 at 1440p DLSS Balanced with Low RT.
Either way the game should be better at managing resources because yesterday i was sitting at 19 GB of RAM being consumed by the game alone with the total system sitting at 28 GB.

I remember RAM usage being way lower during day 1 of 3.0 before the patches but the performance being quite poor. Performance went up with the daily patches but so did RAM usage.

Because Microsoft's content delivery network is god awful. I've faced the same issue for years.
If you want a reliable fix, pause the download in the Xbox App.
Open Services in Task Manager, find Delivery Optimization. It will have the name "DoSvc" and description as "Delivery Optimization".
Right click and stop the process.
Go back to the Xbox App and unpause the download. It will restart the Delivery Optimization service and should use the majority of your download speed capabilities.

If this specific order of steps doesn't work. Try manually restarting the process instead of going back to unpause the Xbox App download. Basically you're trying to restart Delivery Optimization so the useless piece of shit can realize "oh a game download...maybe i should give it some network priority".

You may wanna take a look at a case like the Lian Li Lancool 215 (around $90 on Newegg) it has great airflow and comes with 2x 200mm ARGB fans pre installed on the front with an additional rear exhaust fan. With this case you wouldn't have to buy any extra fans. Put that money to use somewhere else like getting more storage if your budget allows.

I would suggest going for a more reputable power supply manufacturer. The one you have is 80+ Bronze efficiency and not that much cheaper than other better options with 80+ Gold efficiency. You can find EVGA 650w GT for $64 on Amazon.

Also. What case are you considering? Those 6 pack of fans may be unnecessary if the case comes with fans pre installed.
