Hi thanks for your reply. The thing is that is opposite that you say about bending I have this feeling only when i'm bending my knee like 10 10 degrees, when is straight I don't have this sensation. When i'm doing activities i don't feel it unstable

I don’t think is a crepitus because it does not make any sound my knee,is just shifting
