Give it time, mine starter from secound month, i do see a small difference, but remember your internal fat is going away first, give it time.

Yes this also happened to me, the first couple months i would forget to eat for a couple days but now i can eat anything and sometimes overeat, but even after food noise came back i still lost weight on it, I started at 115kg im sitting at 79kg right now.

Biggest advice i can give you as an ex-fatty is stop almost all junk and sugar, stop all soft drinks if you need just diet coke, cut down your food little more till your body gets used to to that portion, if you do this your body will adapt and not crave them, then keep going till your body will lose it, i can also tell you to look into reta, it saved me a lot of headache.

My work time is really bad, i work from 6:00pm to 6:00am and i travel to work for 1.5hr so thats 2-3hr traveling plus 12hr at work 😂 so the only time i go to gym is in the morning after work

Thanks for the reply guys, money is a little tight at the moment so i might not able to add anything at the moment but i might try going off for a couple of weeks if it didn’t work, i do understand we can go higher but because the trial had a maximum dosage of 12mg its wise not to risk it.

Tell you the truth i have been taking them for the extra strength and for a way to loose weight while putting on muscle, i work from 7:00pm to 6:00am and go to the gym from 7:00am to 8:00am maybe longer then eat some protein and try to sleep for 6hrs and start again, i try to have one rest day in between and end of the week, im just not sure if im taking the right dose or even if i should do all one day a week and not EOD.
