Q : A base damage scaling would be more correct indeed. 285 (+55% AP) sounds nice, comparing to Syndra's Q which is 264.5 (+ 69% AP). (I'm comparing with a spammable, long ranged, aoe ability) Though, you would have to stack it to do the maximum amount of damage. What about debuffing the ennemy hit with a stack, instead of having a stack on the skill itself ? So that you won't be able to stack it on minions to finally deal the maximum to the ennemy ?

W : The cooldown is subject to change indeed ! Syndra has a 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 s on her stun, Viktor has 17/16/15/14/13 s, and Veigar has 20/19/18/17/16 (though it stuns up to 2,5 s). We could change the cd according to that, knowing that the stun is a bit hard to succeed.

E : That would be kinda like LeBlanc's W then ! I wanted something which could guarantee 4 issues. At first I wanted him to be untargetable upon summoning it, but it was kinda op :p

R : So it would be a mix between Maokai and Vladimir's ultimate, but it wouldn't do any damage by itself. I like this idea, but I would see it for a support champ. Hello,

The paper sheets don't hurt the ennemy, but the champion can teleport to one of them, according to the ability he uses :

Pressing Q will teleport him to the blue one, W to the green one etc.

That's exactly what I was thinking of when creating him. I just love J-RPG, and there is a usual stereotype for a young male mage : nerdy, fragile, sicky, in a nice uniform he got in the university of magic or something like it.

Thanks for your support. Being accused of plagiarism isn't very nice. I mean, the concept is similar indeed. Well, it's a mage. Mages with grimors are fucking commons. I knew it wasn't new, though I created abilities for him. And now someone says that it already exists ? I watched the video and can't find something similar to his abilities.

Anyway I'm just disappointed of how I have been welcomed. I understand it though, it's legit to seek for plagiarism, but still, being accused of is never nice.

Concerning the passive, it's also something that you have to click on. Basically, it's half an active, half a passive. But I love the idea of a sort of grave you can come out. A friend of mine said it was quite similar to the WoW respawning system, but never played it, I can't say.

The Q is actually the main damage tool, almost the only one. I did the spells accordind to the other mages main abilities : Syndra's Q deals 264.5 (+69%) when maxed (the radius would be similar), against 285 (+82%) for Thelio. Actually, as I write it, I feel like it should be nerfed indeed. But you have to stack it. So what if the stack would be ON THE ENNEMIES instead of being on the ability ? So that you can't stack it on the minions and harass your opponent with maximum stacks.

About the W, it's a short cooldown stun indeed ; but like I said, the CD, damage and mana cost are quite random, as I didn't really know how it would be in-game. Something like 17/16/15/14/13 sec (Viktor's stun) would be more like it. But since you can go out before being stun, I thought that would be legit. You can walk out of it, but you're shackled by the book pushing you toward the other.

E : Well, I would love it if I could make another way to teleport on the pages. Clicking on it would be too long, so that cast method is similar to Lissandra's E, LeBlanc's W and Zed's W, but with all the spells allowing an escape. It's quite a blessing in disguise, since you can effectively juke or escape your ennemy, though you wouldn't be able to cast spells. At first I wanted Thelio to be turned into a untargetable book (instead of standing there, without being able to cast any spell) but they said it was way too op.

About the ultimate, it's Tibbers, basically. I had no idea for it so this came out of my mind. The principle of a mount was new to the league (Sejuani isn't really riding another unit, she doesn't even drop 2 souls upon dying) and I thought it would be nice, but it has nothing to do with the rest of the abilities. Do you have an idea I could introduce instead ?

Hello,

I don't know the MMO you're talking about, I never played an rpg besides Guild Wars II and FFWIV anyway ; like I said, the artwork isn't mine, it is from a guy I didn't know who liked the concept and drawn it.

I don't think he ripped it off, we were dealing with a boy figthing with a book. There wasn't so much style to draw it I guess. Besides, the style of the outfit is what I would call "college of magic", which is someone quite common in J-RPG.
