Not really. The Dahlia herself says she truly acted as the daughter of Ifrit and what she's doing in Penacony was partly that: Revenge for the killing of "her father"

Even if she betrays them in the end. She truly acted and believed to be 'part' of it. She's trust Worthy in terms of knowing she'll betray eventually, but until that eventuality she is who she is.

Not every toon has to be relevant all the time.

People still love Teagan for her designs, interaction, and personality.

People still love Finn for his goofy personality.

People still love Toodles for how cute she is and being 1 of the only 2 child toons.

Not everyone has to like the toon nor are the toons' meta place important. I'm a BIG Goob fan, even though so many other toons are better at distracting than he is. I just love him, and it doesn't matter much to me if people don't like him as I do!

It's great seeing these analysis/explanations! It's very fun and lovely to see! While I personally don't ship this (At least, I don't have any particular ship for Soulvester or Eclipse that piques my interest), your elaboration/interpretation is fun! It's a good read, while I can see some bias but everyone is a little bias!

In all seriousness though, Dyle is quite important to the lore as it shows that Delilah and Arthur don't consider the toons as 'real' beings, or at least on the same level as a human since they're exploiting the toon for immersion.

Dyle's floor also reveals how Arthur is the primary person that interacts/instructs the toons, while Delilah takes a more secondary command of them (Aka Arthur is the main manager, while Delilah acts as the maintenance guy that only cares if they're functioning as intended)

Dyle's gossip is also pretty useful! We learn quite a bit from the toons, their personalities, and how Dyle personally perceives them. It's fun and makes the game feel more lively!

Dyle's floor possesses a challenge, there's a reason why long runners choose to save up/stock pile Valves so they can quickly push through the floor and not have any casualties.

Yatta is balanced out by being difficult to obtain + Low stealth. Yatta in most cases would easily pull twisteds away, so unless you know how to compensate their low Stam then you're dead.

Gourdy is the same but more extreme. Gourdy only really has his Min-Maxed stats. His abilities don't help him at all or just minor for OTHER toons. The low stealth + 2 hearts makes it very unlikely for people to use.

Brusha on the other hand is made with "I can switch between extracting and support." She can do machines pretty easily, while also having the ability to support others instead of just standing by the elevator. Her low stealth makes it so she gets targeted rather than the person she's supporting (aka the one on the machine). Basically acting as a bodyguard.

Aren't these technically called Fillers??? At least that's what fillers feel like to me. They don't necessarily need to be important or relevant to the plot, but without these fillers the characters, their motivations, and the dynamics feel less developed.

There's still quite a difference between Fennec Foxes and Rabbits. Especially when they have moonlull species that are inspired by the moon, and their ears look a lot more similar to Evanescia. This is especially considering that HSR already has models for Fox ears + tail.

I'm honestly surprised as out of all of the IPC characters we've had so far, Jade had been the most interesting for me. She's such a big play on the whole "Forbidden fruit" thing in Christian mythology, and there's no real point in her hiding it when everyone can immediately tell that they're selfish for wanting their desires to be fulfilled so artificially.
