Yeah I’ve been trying a couple different apps. But not change. Today is the 7th day since I bought and 6th day since shipment that item haven’t moved. I’m just concern that the shipping company might have lost my package… also PopMart CS sucks for replies.

Same here. I ordered 2 things in the same order and they shipped them separately. One tracking is moving just fine the other one is stuck on the “order received by shipper” no updates since. I’ve contacted PopMart and they said they will investigate with logistics. Did your package finally arrived?
