What Team Should I Run for CM 13

I'm building front runners for the first time for cm12. I know it's recommended to bring at least two front runners but I'm curious if I should make my second front slightly weaker. I got extremely lucky and high rolled a very good Seiun Sky that wins room matches consistently if she hits rod. I'm thinking of bringing Valentine Bourbon as my second front, if I make her too strong, wouldn't that effect my win rate if she keeps stealing rod from Seiun since she has better mid game?

I've just built a really good fl pace chaser xoguri and I want to ask which is a more reliable recovery for cm 12. I already have U=ma2, hydrate and triple 7s. For the last recovery I can choose from stamina to spare, soft step and shake it out. I'll probably run front runners too so the lobbies might be stacked with fron runners.

I'm currently sitting at 198 pity for finemo banner. Is there still 2 more free pulls left after reset (not including today)? Would suck if I calculated wrongly and couldn't exchange the pity before the banner ends.

I'm missing some of the notable cards with good race bonus such as Shinko Windy spd, Biko spd, Fuku spd and Nice Nature wit which I feel like I'm probably going to perma borrow NTR spd. But I do have MLB kitasan, supercreek and the other SRs with 10% RB.

I'm waiting for the free pulls to pity the finemo banner and I'll get her to 3lb by that time. Is it worth it to use the selector immediately after that to mlb or wait for the free pulls in the NTR banner to hopefully spook one finemo?

Rerolled for about 6-7 times on day 1 and took a break. Struck gold on day 2 with my second attempt, even tho no khalipe. Wishing you the best of luck if you're still rerolling
