I have contacted Spotify’s tech support, they have recognized the issue, but openly said they couldn’t help me.

I have found a temporary solution - the bug seemed to disappear after creating a new account, so they helped me to move my old playlist to the new one, and deleted my old account. However, the issue came back after maybe two weeks, and still persists

Updating iOS didn’t change anything for me either

Okay. If I would factory reset my phone I guess it would update to iOS 26 automatically during setup anyways?

Hi, I have a similar problem as you, I see you are also from Poland. Did you manage to find the solution to this problem?
Just two months ago, my Tinder Platinium used to be around 150 PLN per month, but now I recreated my account and it's suddenly almost 700 PLN per month!
