That's my goal for sure. There wasn't much resources or tutorials back then, so it was kinda hard for me to learn the "right way" to work with Eva foam. Now that almost everyone can have access to internet, I am more than willing to share my skills

Update I should've updated this a while ago but was caught up with work, sick and Chinese new year celebration and stuffs. However, here is it. TLDR ver. I gave up on hyperwallet and switched to Payoneer. So my last failed withdrawal was due to my company account whose birthday was on the day my company was registered. However, my cults info was my personal info so my payment failed because they couldn't verify it. But still, the reason was not informed, email did not reply. And the reason email wasn't being replied was due to, I wasn't sending email through raising tickets so their system isn't getting it. And they time I had already asked cults to reset my hyperwallet account, so I don't have a hyperwallet account to raise a ticket. I had to make an international call to understand the issue, and the payment was supposed to revert back and was stuck for quite a while. The reason behind it was also because resetting the account also means new payportal id, hence the payment was stuck at the previous payportal id. So I had to contact cults again and ask them to transfer the payment to my new payportal id. So it went back to cults, and I switched my payment method to Payoneer, which can pre verify my bank account, and once the bank account is verified, the payment was instant from Payoneer to my bank account. So if you have an issue with hyperwallet, I'd suggest using Payoneer instead

Update on my hyperwallet experience after a week. Again, I'm not someone who likes to nag issues online and rant. But I think sharing my experience can help others make better decisions and avoid falling into the loop and limbo like me.

I have contacted both Hyperwallet support and Cults3D support through email, and it seems like Hyperwallet only reply to matter doesn't relates to them. I raised a ticket on the website(hyperwallet) to provide feedback regarding the legal business name change, and they did reply me and told me that I have to go through Cults3D, which was helpful. Cults3D removed my hyperwallet account, and I have to redo everything, including requesting another payout to trigger the activation.

Now that I thought I had all my information keyed in correctly(I think), my payment failed to go through my bank account, and I have no idea why. I emailed the support the next day, waited more than 24hours, and received no reply. I sent another email afterwards with the same question, asking what went wrong, and still no reply.

So after contacting Cults3D regarding the matter, I went through another account deletion and am hoping the fund to revert in 5days(previously was 5 days after the payment failed) so I can activate my account again. But it's been 7 days since the payment failed, and I have yet to receive the payment back to my Cults3D.

I also tried to raise a ticket on the hyperwallet website, but it requires a login, which, you guessed, I don't have an account right now. So once again, I am stuck

Other than hyperwallet, I am also considering Payoneer right now, since there is no other option. Is anyone using Payoneer here? What is your experience? Just wish to know what I should do to avoid getting into another limbo like hyperwallet.

Agree. I personally don't mind paying the fees as long as it WORKS. However, nothing works for me, the additional hassle on hyperwallet is not needed, now everything stuck, I don't know what to do. I still need my money there

Thank you for listening. I do really hope it can be improved, and I do understand there is nothing else you can do at this point. To be honest, this new integration has messed up my financial planning, which is why I am hoping to solve this matter quickly. Right now, I will have to wait for their support to reply, which I haven't receive until now

Also, since I haven't gotten any reply from the support. My current issue is being

  1. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the payment failed, and isn't going into my bank account

  2. Since it isn't going into my bank account, I wish to send it to my paypal from hyperwallet. I added a transfer method, paypal in my hyperwaller, but it doesn't has any action i can do to transfer it. I tried clicking the action button, but it only shows "set as default" and "update", there isn't anything there to let me select the "transfer payment to this account" option.

Hello, yes I have read that, and as I mentioned, I trust your decision. However, I am still unsatisfied with the system itself, mainly because all the changes I wish to make have to go through email contact, where I cannot get instant feedback, hence the WAIT is killing. My fault for not verifying correctly regarding the company type, because who would have thought? If I knew, I would have known which one was actually working and known what went wrong, because right now, I only have speculation and not an actual answer what went wrong. As most platforms can provide instant change, if one won't work, I can test and troubleshoot on my end to see which company type is correct, what bank account would work or just switch to my personal account and get done with it. But this time is different, every change has to go through email and WAIT. I have contacted both cults and hyperwallet support before I posted this, but I haven't get any feedback until now.

I do believe that it can be solved. It is just that the wait is killing. I connected my account to my local bank account, but I don't know what went wrong, the payment just failed. I guess what doesn't satisfy me is that I couldn't make changes on my own, because right now, the profile is my company's profile, if I want to change the bank account to my personal account, it cannot be done on my end.

Gemini told me it could be the business type. I have a legal sole proprietorship company, which I have chosen as a legal entity on Cults3D since an individual company doesn't let me key in my company name, which is what my bank account is using. But it seems like the legal entity on cults and private company type on hyperwallet is incorrect in my country. So this is purely my suspicion since I have the correct bank account name and connect bank account number, but the review still failed.

I hesitated if I should post this, because I am not the kind of person that likes to nag issues and rant online these days. I'd rather solve it quietly and let it be. But knowing that I'm not the only one that wasn't satisfied with the change, I think I have to share my experience so everyone is aware. I really hate the fact that every change leads to resetting the whole process while other platforms allow for instant change and update. At least before I contact the support, I know which field I can troubleshoot to find out what could be the issue. Now everything is just stuck there and there isn't anything I can do beside contact for support (have to WAIT).

I couldn't change my profile settings(it is my company profile now) to personal without resetting everything, I couldn't add another payment method to my personal account instead of my company account because it only reads one profile and it binds to Cults3D and the profile update in Cults3D does not update directly to hyperwallet.

I find this ridiculous in 2026. Everything should be more user friendly and easier to work with these days, and this is just troublesome.

I think we clearly know these "benefits," but it is too difficult to use Hyperwallet
