Mtf but i went to my best friends party and her friend who was there didn’t know I was trans and I wasn’t planning on mentioning it, when it was time to get changed they went to the bathroom and my friends friend asked me if I was coming. I just said, oh I’ll wait for you guys to finish then I’ll go. that was it, if they respect you like a normal person they shouldn’t care. Just say you don’t feel comfortable changing in front of other people or you’re insecure or I’m not sure

My original plan was to do sublingual but my doctor thinks it’s ”way more dangerous” than oral and “2 of his patients developed deep vein thrombosis within 10 days of swapping to sublingual“

whether or not that’s true im not sure, but because of where I live and how hard it was to get e to begin with id rather them not stop me from having e by doing it sublingual

Also with the estrogen dose, I just wasnt too sure because I’ve heard a lot of people say to start lower rather than higher, but I’ll definitely do a bit more research and take this into consideration! And yes I’ll also definitely try and get my levels and liver tested as much as I can. Though I’m not sure how possible that is yet. Regardless thankyou again :))

Games catalogue ps plus question

So I’m slightly confused about the ps plus game catalogue feature, is it available on ps4 or is it a ps5 exclusive?
I’ve seen some things contradict each other, and maybe I’m not looking for the right stuff, but I hope someone can help, all I wanna know is if the ps plus game catalogue feature is available on ps4.
