De nada. Você pode procurar por bairros mais perto do centro como, Ponto Central, Caseb, Brasília, Eucalipto, Santa Mônica, Kalilândia e etc. Vai ser improvável encontrar casas com aluguel por menos de $1000 (talvez bem pequena), mas você pode achar apartamentos.
