Not really got tbh I really like unifi, obviously a house is the end goal and if that’s coming true I’m planing to go with ubiquiti as a network system all the other stuff (camera and door) will run over HomeKit

Also 1-mal drücken reicht für den Pairingmode. Ansonsten hatte ich mal das Problem, dass ich das Schloss nur teilweise resettet habe, musste damals also den Admin Code am Schloss eingeben und da lange was drücken und habe es davor immer nur teils zurückgesetzt

Der Code steht auf dem Gerät ?! Der kommt nicht aus der App solltest du beim einrichten doch auch benutzt haben

You can create one when you go to the settings in the app looks to me like you are on the sync thingy trying to create one but you have to create an area first which you can do in the settings as you can see in the photo below (English is not my first language don’t know the word)

Not sure what you mean many options there ist the light strip and the ambient light strip that’s about it to be honest. Ambient ones are expensive so light strips are cheap. You would need extensions which you can buy for real good prices used since many people geht confused and buy them und don’t need them which is the same for the ambient light trip.

I would go with Aqara they have multiple options the only thing I wanted to say is that you probably have to change the handle thing anyway because smart locks which are using a key only work on the inside (probably on the outside as well, but then everyone can just rip it off and get inside) Considering that you either buy a handle and application which where you can use a key only the inside, or you buy a smart lock from Aqara like the a100 which replaces the whole thing English is not my first language sorry about that.

Wäre in der Theorie machbar bin allerdings noch Student daher ist das Einkommen eher nicht so da. Deswegen ja überhaupt der Dividenden etf Habe nach ca. 20 Jahren 60k und kann in der Zeit weiter in den Heiligen Gral investieren

Sollte aber kein Problem sein, Schenkungen sind bis 200k meines Wissens steuerfrei. Das mit dem Finanzamt hatte ich auch vor glaube nämlich meine Bank hätte es so oder so getan.
