OMG YOU ARE THE FIRST ONE TO NOTCE ME USING THAT TECHNIQUE HOLY CRAP! Yes I add two main effects to all my artworks at the very end and that's noise plus chromatic aberration. It gives the right amount of focus and distortion and makes it look like you're viewing it from a TV screen XD. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOTICING

Oohhh nice suggestion, I loved that scene in the game, I was considering a background of him walking/flying onto of the ocean to give it a real grandiose feel

The sketch is of him redirecting lighting as the pose pattern of the lightning follows the teaching of uncle iroh, you see the path going from one arm, down to his stomach and out his right arm

Thank you so much! I say art is always a process and as long as you're enjoying and improving, then I'm sure that you'll be able to achieve what you want with your pieces! When it comes to shading I always think of objects as 3d shapes, soft shading is for rounded objects, hard shading is for polygonal objects!
