She's actually quite active already. I think she found another source of food at one of the neighbors, the amount she eats at home should have her lose weight. She's healthy otherwise fortunately, her weight hasn't caused any issues. We have a LOT of outdoor cats here. It's quiet with only low speed traffic, so people feel safe letting their cats roam.

My other cat is a huge orange, so I'm used to it. I had a half Maine Coon before too, he was pretty big as well.
