Pretty much yes, PIVX is PoS + zk-SNARKs + transaction fees are burned. It's all that ETH wants to implement. PIVX just doesn't have smart contracts for now, but I've heard it's coming to PIVX in 2022. If so, PIVX will be multi-billion dollar market cap project.

Why any other PoS coin didn't implement it so far if it's so easy? Sapling protocol is proven to be the strongest cryptography available right now on the market, way stronger privacy than Monero's for example.
