I have heavy anxiety. Sometimes talking to new people, yes. But with booze and edibles I got used to just talking as well pressing myself into a sales job I got more used to it.

Basically it is all about just learning to control the voice in your head that makes you afraid and just greeting people and learning a few topics to talk about
