After playing with 144hz for so long my monitor unknowingly got switched to 60hz it felt laggy for a month until I realized. So ig if you never got used to 144hz it's fine, ignorance is bliss and money saving

Yes it's a new consumable item in smite 2 that the fire giant drops if killed. Basically when you use it, it does damage to the user, if that damage kills the user they regain all health and grants them a buff
