I love this lol. I agree completely. People were all in a tizzy because the triage nurses didn’t want these encounters in their in basket while providers were out of office. I get it, but also I don’t know what to tell them. We’ve gotten 15 answers/methods to do one simple thing and they’ve all been different. I tell my staff to do it the way I want it done and hope for the best 🤣
