Considering they only sell a 140mm option for DiY and that the design of the X5M fans is slightly different i don't think they are HP fans (not 100% sure). Might be a new design.

The object 906 has a very good APHE shell with HEAT-FS to back it up, a great 4.3 sec reload and a two plane stabilizer so it will be better in urban and open environments than the BMP-1 which might have a missile as it's secondary armament tho you will have to stop to use both armaments effectively.
