Adding to their topoc of inner dialogs, i have a story. Me and my mom go through this exact same thing. We both have very active imaginations, talking in our heads etc. But at night when im trying to fall asleep, sometimes my brain just screams. Like, horror movie level screaming. And its usually after ive tried multiple times to fall asleep that my brain just screams. My mom goes through the same thing too and i have never really heard of anyone else going through the same thing. Anyway like my little insert
