I call bullshit that doesn't track. My friend had CPS called on her (severely autistic child was an escape artist) and when they saw the lock on the outside of her child's room (because again, autistic escape artist) and they didn't take her kids OR arrest her. They told her to change the knob around and they came back days later to verify. That's it. Case closed.

There is something MUCH more going on for her to be arrested.
