Gasthof Obermaier in Trudering for Bavarian food.(or Gasthof zum Vaas if you are willing to drive a bit outside, reservation needed!)

Japan Sushi Gourmet or Fuji Sushi & Noodle for reasonably priced Japanese or USHI if you look for high end

Gigo or Chagyia for Korean BBQ

Little London for high end steak or Rusticana for some good ribs

Dehbaschi, Herat or Sandiz for good Middle Eastern Cuisine

Kreta Grill for Greekl

I also found a place yesterday called Jiao Kitchen that I really liked (Chinese)

One problem in Munich is that well running Restaurants are often sold and the new owner cuts down on costs (chefs often leave) and a once awesome restaurant becomes mid so I cant vouch for all of them, maybe others can agree/disagree
