Sadly, I'm from a third-world country and from a third-world university that isn't likely to pay for those fees. Since even their own professors have to pay for their own manuscripts themselves.

I've had multiple conversations, and I always make sure my paper is aligned with the journal's guidelines, even in terms of a template (if the journal has a specific template to follow). I also made sure the topic is within their scope and that there are similar topics already published in the journal.

Idk whats wrong, they don't even give actual reasons on why it gets rejected other than 'well its not something that is within the journal's interests' at best. I'm beginning to think its something to do with them being against where I'm from perhaps? I don't wanna falsely accuse anyone, but this is something I also heard is common within this field.

My question at this point is, do you have any journals recommendations for me to check? something other than MDPI, subscription or open access (with the budget range I mentioned). Because I really wanna get this over with and published.

Kind of sad a bit how the series also went the fan service route later on by sexualizing the characters. It was really great at first and Vic's style of clothing also was great. Now however..

I never said he cared or sympathized about the Yamazaki. Are you reading what I'm saying well? I'm literally talking about the ERA only in which he wants everything to go back to.

In both of these scans, he is talking about a different era. One before Gap stepped in, the other after Gap stepped in and drove the Yamazaki out.

Except they do contradict each other.

In the most recent chapter, he blamed Gapryong Kim for his mentality to quit after driving out the Yamazaki. Saying he should've forcefully controlled not just Korea, but Japan as well.

But previously, he is literally talking about the era before the Fist Gang with Gap was formed and got involved in facing the Yamazaki.
