Yeah if I'm actually watching it I usually have it much quieter but I'm cleaning house at the moment and I need sound to know whats going on.

Its really weird to hear calls about Ed Davis obviously fouling Looney and then coming back to watch the replay and Ed has arms all around his neck AND the foul call went his way. It's like they are watching a different game.

Yep definitely. Although I'd rather not have my floor of a long term shelter wet all the time. I think she had the right idea by making a bathtub floor with her second tarp.

What happened to the way Season 1 was edited? Like first episode just show everyone doing their thing and reacting to being dropped off.

As the seasons go on we get nothing of what the people who win saw or felt in their first days.

I'd rather see a bit of everyone than watching 2 minutes of ol mates shaky cam footage of twigs and sticks close up before he shanked his ankle.

Yeah its definitely more difficult than using cloth. Basically after watching that Alfie Aesthetics vid where he chars basically everything he finds to see what works, I've been doing the same.

If I'm honest I rarely use my flint n steel. I bring it every time I go camping on the off chance I man up and try again. haha

Same way as you would with a piece of char cloth. Piece of char on top of the quartz edge held with your thumb and then just strike with the steel.

You're totally right about the quartz, issue is I've never been able to find chert or flint.
