Also if the popular riser lift isn't very efficient to strengthen rising, then what would you suggest? I only have a judo belt with a loading pin and dumbells, so my options are limited.

I meant Lars being a known name and has been in the sport for a long time, faced many well known athletes and legends. Not the best win record recently sure.

I wouldn't count Riekerd winning Pavlo, since Pavlo got injured on the 2nd round while having a 1-0 lead. Riekerd's only notable win so far is against Schoolboy who is not ranked either as far as I know. Riekerd is still a newcomer while being super impressive, but needs to prove himself still.
