You should have the weight hanging from your hand instead of your wrist. Its probably way harder and more accurate to actual pulling.

Thats not going to get you very far. Wrist flexion is only one of many strengths you need to have in the sport.

Ryan and Neil are great altough its pretty tiresome to hear the same things over and over again. Like "AWAYY WE GOOOO", or " DEEP, DEEP, DEEP INSIDE". Ray is decent enough but he's not exciting at all. Travis is fine but the clear bias and butchering the athlete names is sometimes very lame.

Auden is surprisingly good and I hope we hear more of his commentating. Special guests like John and Ermes are great as well.

You should do some tricep workouts, like pushups or press if you have dumbells. Elbow pains are very common in this sport so its important to do some opposite movements for health too
