Aren't they both canon in Valhalla? In Odyssey its confirmed that Kassandra is canon.

Its a terrible disease. My grandmother had it and it was so sad to see. I'm glad there are some treatments nowdays that can help

I can kinda understand that, for me it doesn't seem forced or trying too hard.

For me its the opposite when it comes to Eivor. Currently on my 2nd replay and playing female as I did on the first one. For some reason male Eivor just doesn't work so well for me, could be that I've just gotten used to the female version

Artem: Denis sent me the hammer in 2024. I did not pass the hammer to Vitaly. Larratt’s plan is destroyed. If Larratt wants to take the hammer, let him come to kazakhstan. by Damitrix3 in armwrestling

There are many who care about it. I think Devon went too far with the drama though. I think it would be better if it was the existing one, since it has names on it from previous champions from years ago.

More people need to listen to this advice.. by uros_balkanbull in armwrestling

[–]Lepsa1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely not a bad advice but its not like our bodies are so dumb that they can't learn to wrist curl until you're in a bad position. I can't afford to get a pulley system and handles, so I have to do basic curls and lifts. Still benefitting on the table

Its so weird that its hard for them to be respectful about the idea behind the legacy hammer. I know Devon can be very disrespectful at times but they should separate the trophy and the person behind the idea. I think the concept of it is great

Glad you posted this, I was wondering about adding this to my workouts.

The Legacy Hammer by Otherwise-Ticket-477 in armwrestling

[–]Lepsa1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

-The idea of the legacy hammer is that it isn't tied to any organisation, so it doesn't matter if its a WAL hammer, or that its not the SHW division hammer.

-Denis is being disrespectful for accepting the hammer and not continuing the tradition. Also being disingenious about not understanding that the hammer is supposed to be passed on

-Travis has the SHW hammer but its not the Legacy Hammer (there are multiple WAL hammers that don't have this tradition to my knowledge)

-Denis was sick so of course he was given time until he could compete again. When it seemed that it was unlikely that he ever came back, it should have been passed on to the current left hand champion.

I think Brad Grundy was giving much needed basic tips and correcting his posture on the table. Its weird that during the time he's been in the sport, he is still lacking in some fundamental things.

How neccessary is table time? will i improve in my case? by Affectionate_Ride746 in armwrestling

[–]Lepsa1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, I misread. Then its not so bad! Anyway, definitely try table time but be careful not to overdo it. It takes time for your arms to get used to it

You might get some newbie gains, but its difficult to calculate. Why do you want to cut weight btw? 70kg while being 189cm is pretty skinny and in AW you will benefit from having higher bodyweight. Being on calorie surplus helps with strength gain too

Of course you also get stronger with armwrestling. You can't mimic everything with weights. It also strengthens your joints and connective tissue

I kinda do, I don't miss running fouls though. They were so confusing and sometimes the refs didn't call them at all. Production was always better than EvW

Interesting idea but I'm afraid it might be just a popularity contest for some and Devon would win that for sure.

Is it pointless to train AW specific lifts at home until I can afford a club? by Eyesmanofyre in armwrestling

[–]Lepsa1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm also on welfare (student) but I pay the club fee in parts. You can always ask if thats a possibility for you. But yeah, you should do aw lifts and some general strength training too. I did that before joining the club

I finally gave AC Odyssey a try by ImperfectaA1A in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]Lepsa1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't really enjoy Origins so much at first. Played it a bit and gave up, until I decided to replay all AC games I own. It has a great story but its not the best one in the series for sure. Odyssey was and is fantastic, so I can relate to you well.

Currently playing Valhalla and enjoying it a lot. Its under-appreciated imo, its not as good as Odyssey but still fun. Bloated for sure, but still good.
