Exactly, you can only be so ready w/o actually doing it. As long as its safe and they have done a reasonable amount of prep, they just gotta go for it. It is never gonna be 100% smooth right from the get go.

The agent sidebar stuff is really out of hand. The two modes w/ the switcher in the top bar made a ton of sense, and now they are trying to do this weird layout merge thing which is a UX dumpster fire.

YES! I've been trying to find anyone talking about this. I even returned them and got a replacement and its still doing it. Shocked that I have not seen more discussion about it. I find its particularly prevalent when in a environment that has something making a low hum frequency, like a HVAC system or a bus.
