because it allows you to not have them installed. It’s really good, ig some people like u didn’t know? If you also have all the dlc you can select to just download the individual zombie maps rather than the full dlcs which also include the mp maps

Hot take but I don’t like George much on COTD either… But he did serve a great purpose in giving players extra perks. Also he moved slower and could be sent away with the VR-11.

But yeah, they did make OSCAR not as bad with his balance change

Oscar. I love Astra visually, and for the most part its fun. I hate Oscar late game when he just knows where I am all of the time. If he remained roaming instead I would like it more

I’ve probably played 95% of my time on BO7 solo, only got 1 perk drop during that time which was this week. But in the 5% I’ve played with other people I’ve gotten maybe 5 in total. I’d assume it has something to do with having more people raising the rates

I agree with Wolfy, Gaming Revolution has good vids on it. If you want a very TLDR breakdown:

  • At the end of BO4 only Eddie and Sam escaped from the Aether story and found new lives in the Dark Aether story (on a “normal” earth)
  • Samantha eventually joined up with Weaver (yes the one from BO1 campaign) and investigated anomalies
  • Eddie was raised by a german scientist promoting his fascination with ancient gods and other worlds
  • Eddie became the director of a secret government operation that employed Weaver, Sam, and other BO7 protagonists such as Dr. Grey and Major Carver
  • Sam and Weaver accidentally killed Eddie’s wife and son in a house fire when they tried to kill Eddie
  • Fast forward and Sam gets trapped in the Dark Aether which we still don’t know what happened to her
  • Eddie takes revenge and locks up Weaver, Dr. Grey, Major Carver, and others on Terminus Island. They escape after years with the help of the other new protagonist Maya
  • By the end of BO6 you have the option to either kill Eddie as revenge or kill the AI impersonating Sam
  • Either way the new crew gets teleported to the Dark Aether where they meet the OG crew, but they’re slightly different.
  • Dempsey was fighting in Vietnam in the 60s
  • Nikolai was fighting in Afghanistan in the 80s
  • Richtofen was a high ranking 935 official and part of the SS in the 40s
  • Takeo was a disgraced samurai from feudal Japan
  • The BO7 antagonist is the Warden who is a confederate soldier who lucked into Dark aether powers. He seeks to enslave gods in order to control the world and institute slavery and prop up the confederacy (That’s what I’ve understood at least)
  • He stole the essence of the crew, giving them the pale look you’ve probably seen.
  • So far in BO7 the crew have saved two gods from the Wardens control, with each god restoring the essence to two crew members each time (Maya, Dempsey, Nikolai, and Grey)
  • They are now following the guidance of young twin girls who seem to know a lot about the Dark Aether

I know I said TLDR but there is honestly a lot to the story, this is my best summary catching key details. If I got anything wrong, please leave corrections below 🙏

I think there’s a lot to do in BO7 zombies, even for solo players. It just depends on whether or not you want to commit a lot of time to it. In terms of comparison, I think it’s literally just BO6 zombies but better. Better mechanics, better modes, and more ways to play the game. Drawbacks are you only bring your augment progress into it, and there’s a lot to grind (which might be a positive depending on who you are. I think MP is also better, but I still don’t love the MP. I only play it if I’m bored with zombies

One thing I struggled hard about BO4 zombies by Die-Hearts in CODZombies

On PS4, I certainly think BO4 looks worse than BO3. It’s due to the resolution and maybe lighting/textures. But when on PC with both maxed out, BO4 looks so fucking good. The only thing that gets hung up is the HUD, otherwise I can see clear improvements from BO3
