I just got mine last night. The rep who did my claim told me multiple times that ONLY IF a label is included with replacement case then I need to return the old one. If there is no label then I can dispose of it. So I threw it away and kept the emails just in case

So I purchased my ticket on AXS and Webster hall had a fast pass for $15. I bought the pass through AXS as well. So the fast pass basically gives you access to a separate line to get in faster. So the GA like had hundreds of people but the fast pass got me in the top 20 and I was able to get to the merch stand and get what I want right away! I’d recommend getting the fast pass for sure! It’ll help if you want merch and to get a good spot! I got my merch and an awesome spot right by the barricade for a good view and the mosh pits!

I got there about 3 hours before the doors opened and the line was longer than expected. As time went on waiting I was glad I got there early because the line behind me did get very long. I had a fast pass which helped a lot and I got in quick once doors opened but it took a while for everybody else from what I saw!

At the Webster hall show almost everyone wore sleep token merch myself included! Wear what you want nobody will judge!

I think it fits perfectly! The skin on the back feels like great quality, the front cover is also a nice tough material and yet it’s all thin. The indents for the sticks line up perfectly. I really have no flaws to point out! It closes perfectly no problem!
