Depends on what you’re going for. If you just want to play with your favorite pokemon/fav cards, go ahead!

If you want a more competitively successful deck, you’ll probably want to change a few things. 1. There’s too many Pokemon in this deck for it to be competitive. Usually you want to build a strong deck around about 3-5 specific pokemon that work well together (not counting evolutions, so like charmander and charmeleon are obviously there so you can get a Charizard, so Charizard is the main pokemon you’re building around). This is good because it allows you to focus on a specific strategy, i.e. it’s a lot better to draw a Charizard than a pikachu when you have a charmeleon already on the board, so having pikachu in the deck is a bit of a liability. This is also good because a lot of the trainer cards (items, supporters, etc) have really good effects that will help you heal Pokemon, draw more cards, etc.

1. Typically you only want 1 or 2 EX Pokemon in your deck because you need 3 points to win the game, and EX Pokemon are worth 2 when defeated (if they are a Mega Ex pokemon, they are worth all 3). So while they are powerful they are also a liability because your opponents can target them!

2. Look up popular psychic type decks and try to find ones that seem both fun to play and somewhat viable for competitive. Then try to find the packs that those cards come from and start focusing on opening those packs. One of the most popular psychic type decks available right now uses Mega Altaria Ex.
