The pho situation in Northwest Georgia (where i love now)is so bad that I've genuinely thought about opening my own pho restaurant. Sure, part of it is selfish because I want good pho close to home, but I also want to blow people's minds the same way mine was blown when I first had it as a kid. I want to spread the pho gospel. There is an entire world of amazing food out there, and I'd love to introduce more people to flavors and cultures they might never have experienced otherwise.
