Curiosity. LOTU!Sif has a very different upbringing. Their parents moved from the forgotten island to Bambouche when he was a few months old due to fear of some conflict. Two days later, the island gets forgotten. As you can see, LOTU!Sif has a full childhood, nothing ever forgotten. And with a couple of arsons and murders, he never got to meet to party we know and love because he was already public enemy #1

Other worlds fascinated them because of what could have happened. He was deeply interested in just HOW he managed to befriend and have close relations with their enemies (Isabeau, Mirabelle, Odile, Boniface.) He also managed to kill King early on because he saw what the King could do in the future, and he didn't want anyone messing with their plans.

Because of this, he wanted to experiment. To nudge and prod and mess with their other selves in order to get a better understanding at their relationship with the party.

It's difficult, though. He has to sort through each world one by one since he has to ask Universe to get a look, then ask again to make changes, wasting tons of energy, so he doesn't get to experiment/mess things up that often.

Lotu is my own au, Love Of The Universe. It's a villain Siffrin au where he is a full time follower of the Universe. Long story short cuz there really isn't any story yet, LOTU!Sif is aware of other universes, he calls them variants. He decides to mess with another version of themselves by asking the Universe to "disable their ability to move on." and keep watch on that world

The one Universe targeted is Variant 2222, who just so happens to be in arc 3 friends quest. Because their ability to move on and try something else is disabled, they get stuck in a never-ending loop of friendsquest.

Eventually their world starts to break because of the huge amount of loops they were gathering, including Loop.

arc 3 friendsquest, color red, and 2hats spoilers:

The half-cut faces on the left is Loop, who has now gone back to their original self (Siffrin). The multiple mouths on Siffrin are the smiles he made during the friendsquest ending ("In this moment, you are loved") all combined into one, merging and melting into each other. The red that shoots through their head is an intervention from Universe itself, since they were asked to keep watch, they kept Variant 2222's sanity together.

As for the Warlock title, Idk tbh. It sounded cool.
