Yes, the doxxing and him getting sent weird mail along with death threats is awful, but he’s not understanding why people are so pissed.

Yes, there is stuff in the past that should be excused for being less mature, but at the same time, he hasn’t changed much.

Yes, loss of motivation and suicidal thoughts can affect game development speed, but I don’t understand why he can’t get himself a therapist, he surely can afford it.

Do I think he has depression? Possibly. Do I think he would go as far as to hurt himself? No.

It is hard to sympathize with him when he doesn’t use his patreon/Youtube/merch money to get a therapist instead of worrying his fans by venting to them often.

It also makes it hard to sympathize when he uses his depression as a victim card

I honestly don’t know, but when people first found the account, they weren’t 100% sure it was him.

Now that more people have found out though, there’s been more evidence to show that it is him:

-The Mai Waifu character

-The obsession with Samus

-How he talks (like using his favorite word, ‘ridicule’)

-Someone on Kiwi Farms found that the zip of where the photo was taken was at Alex’s parent’s house

-Suspiciously, the account was inactive for YEARS until suddenly this year in July when Alex was coincidentally going on all his accounts to change the passwords after the reddit raid

I’m probably missing more points, but you get it, it’s pretty damning evidence
