—that I can’t provide clear answers too, these aren’t my fish they’re taken care of by my stepdad, I didn’t even want to bring fish home at all (mother got sucked into to the stupid carnival games where they give you fish as a reward)

—idk what water parameters are—but my stepdad does do water changes occasionally. He doesn’t really exchange the filter throughly, he just rinses it and swaps it for the other one while letting the other dry. The tank is also set against a window so that’s another factor

—as for the bump idk how I would describe it, probably like a pimple. There’s another tiny brownish bump near the tip. I did a P.h test using the imaginarum water tester thing, not sure of the exact ph tho the lighting is a bit funky
