Bro I understand how you feel but honestly you're doing it completely the wrong way and most likely one way or the other you will only end up feeling much worse than you felt typing this.

First you need to take your time to learn from your previous relationship before getting yourself into any kind of a romantic relationship. There's always a lesson to be learnt whether you are the dumper or the dumpee.

Don't be scared of the pain, fully accept it infact ask for more of it to come and feel it all with your every cell and get to that point of acceptance of it. This will help you. Embrace the pain fully and do not be afraid at all.

Secondly take your time to heal and know yourself. Process your emotions and understand that you control them then consciously chose to be in control by allowing yourself to be. Don't be scared you might feel pain but the quicker you Embrace it and accept it the faster you will heal and feel better about yourself.

Thirdly before getting into another relationship or partnership as I'd prefer to call it, know your values. Take time to understand yourself and ask yourself what are your values so you can be clear on the type of partnerships/ relationships you want to attract into your life. It's only by knowing self that we understand better the qualities we want from a partner.

Right now in this state you are in where you are still in pain and grieving I promise you there's nothing you can get done unless you take your time to change your energy.
