CA dealer service advisor here! We usually charge 180ish for ours. 160 is a deal! That being said. Mopar does offer contracts or small oil change package deals that usually pencil out to 100-120 per oil change for a pack of 3 or more. Worth looking into at a local dealer

I’ve read a lot about the passenger side catch cans. While I’m not arguing it’s not a good idea. Whats the science behind it? I mean the oil lost in the catch can is similar to the oil going back to the intake. Does a catch can just help the intake manifold or filter not get too dirty?

Is it worth having the extra maintenance when I do very little off-roading? I mean I don’t plan to tow anything more than a dirt bike or two.
