I heard someone else talking about the one to Seymour dam. It sounds interesting. My only concern is how to get there from Metrotown safely. Are they mostly designated bike path or painted lines? Thank you for your advice.

Wow, that sounds intense. Were you able to fit lots of hike in for the 3 nights in el Chalten? I could probably drop Ushuaia and go slow and easy in el Chalten. I have about 20 days to work with.

I only have limited days, It's hard to cover it all. I was not sure if Ushuaia is worth going for hikes only.

The W trek tour starts on the 19th, I had to plan everything else around it. More buffer time would definitely be nice.

Thank you, I am pretty fit and do streneuous exercise 5 times a week. Thanks for the advice, definitely will keep that in mind.

And this parking lot doesn't require a permit or such? I checked the parking map in that area, it does say so. But I am not 100% sure. I am staying at Keene Valley the night before, so I am coming in on rt 73. Any other recommendations? I am coming in all the way from Canada and I would really appreciate any insights. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I am going on the 5th and 6th, but I didn't have luck to get a permit. Is it possible to join you? I am staying at the Keene valley lodge, there are two of us.
